We supply all types of ball valves for the Oil & Gas industry. We can supply all sizes from 1/2" to 56". We can supply all material qualities such as CS, LTCS, 316, D22, D25, 6MO, Titanium. We stock Bonney Forge ball valves from 1/2" to 8".
Our main suppliers are BFE Bonney Forge, Flowserve Valbart, Velan ABV, Icarus and Neway
Bonney Forge has a leading position within Gate, Globe & Check, ball valves and Double Block & bleed valves. In Norway Bonney Forge has Frame Agreements with Statoil and Conoco on GGC and DB&B valves, as well ad Ball valves for Conoco.
Flowserve Valbart manufacture trunnion ballvalves and combination valves, rising stem valves and control ball valves. The Italian manufacturer is a specialist on valves with stringent requirements for material and high pressure acc to API 6A & 6D.
Velan ABV manufacture ball and combination valves as well as valves for subsea applications. They also manufacture their own custom fit actuators.
Icarus have specialized in fast track deliveries and specialty valves. They have supplied valves for the Norwegian market for many years.
Neway are Chinas largest exporter of valves to the process industry. The company has qualified its modern casting facilities to Norsok standard and is one of the largest suppliers to MRC worldwide.

Pacson is a privately owned company with its main office in Dundee, Scotland, where they have their "state-of-the-art" valve factory with production of sub-sea and specialty valves up to 16†/ 400 mm and up to 25,000 psi pressure.
Breda Energia has its main office in Milan, Italy and is a well known manufacturer of top-side and subsea valves with long reference list. They also manufacture wellhead systems, control systems and complete subsea packages.
Rising Stem Ball Valves
"Rising stem" ball valves is a design where the tilt-and-turn operation eliminates seal rubbing, which is the primary cause of valve failure when the valve is opening or closing. When a valve begins to open, the core tilts away from the seat and line flow passes uniformly around the core face. This eliminates the localized high-velocity flow that typically creates uneven seat wear in ordinary ball, gate, and plug valves. The core then rotates to the fully open position. By utilizing the tilt and turn operation you avoid friction when opening or closing the valve, the torque is low and hence tear and wear is reduced compared to a regular on/off valve. ORBIT is the branding name for this kind of valve. The Orbit valve is installed on hundreds of installations on the Norwegian Continental Shelf because of its core abilities such as reliability, its long lifetime and less friction than other valves.
