We are aware that fraudulent employment offers are being transmitted via email by people claiming to be employees or representatives of MRC Global. Prospective candidates are provided salary information, instructed to obtain immigration documents and pay application/processing fees and then advised they will be reimbursed for any expenses. These job offers may look genuine and could include signatures, seals of “authenticity”, our brand and logo.
Please be advised that these communications are FRAUDULENT and are NOT sent from anyone within or affiliated with MRC Global. These email messages are a scam and should be treated as such. MRC Global does not make job offers via social media, unsolicited email or without personally interviewing candidates first. We never ask for payment to process documents, we never refer you to a third party to process applications or visas, and we never ask you to pay costs. Never send money or pass on personal details to anyone suggesting they can provide employment with MRC Global, and never reply to an email address that does not end in @mrcglobal.com.
If you receive such a message, you are advised to contact your local law enforcement agency and provide any details you may have. You also may forward the messages to HR@mrcglobal.com.
If you are interested in employment with MRC Global, please see our Current Job Openings.
